Our facility is designed to accommodate up to 1,500 cattle with a holding capacity of
5 days, ensuring a continuous and stable supply of livestock. The cattle sheds
feature an innovative, industry-first design, equipped with a state-of-the-art 250 KW
solar panel system. This cutting-edge design not only maximises space utilisation
but also enables us to produce our own renewable energy, thereby promoting
environmental sustainability. The facility’s layout is optimised by a team of highly
qualified architects to provide a stress-free environment for the animals while
simultaneously doubling our production of eco-friendly electricity. Additionally, our
operation is supported by reliable backup generators to ensure uninterrupted power
supply.
In terms of slaughtering capacity, our facility boasts two dedicated lines: one for beef
cattle, processing 30-35 animals per hour, and another for mutton, handling 120
heads per hour. This translates to a shift capacity of 250 cattle or 960 mutton heads,
demonstrating our ability to manage large volumes efficiently. The slaughtering lines
are built using high-quality materials and adhere to the latest international standards,
ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and operational excellence
Our refrigeration systems are meticulously designed to meet the specific needs of
meat products. We utilize a combination of freezers (up to–25°C), chillers (4°C to–4°C), and blast freezers (–45°C), with all components sourced from Italy to ensure
superior performance and reliability. This sophisticated refrigeration setup is crucial
for maintaining the quality and safety of our meat products
The lairage and holding area spans 7 acres and includes 5 cattle sheds with a total
capacity of 1,500 animals and 3 goat/sheep sheds capable of holding 2,400 heads.
